The compact rubber mixing mill is widely used in the milling process of rubbers and rubber products. The final material can be transported to rubber calender, batch off cooler, rubber extruder, rubber vulcanizing press or other processing machines for the heating, pressing, breaking, plasticizing and mixing of rubber or plastic products.

1.The compact rubber mixing mill occupies a small area.
2. The compact rubber mixing mill is equipped with a hardened gear reducer. Gears are all treated by carburizing and quenching techniques. The gear surface is carefully grinded as well. Such processes increase machining accuracy, wear-resistance and reduce noise.
3. The friction gears of the compact rubber mixing mill sit between the roller and reducer to avoid cooling water and condensate water from entering into lubricating oil trough.
4. The compact rubber mixing mill is equipped with a stock blender that is usually only used in rubber kneader machines. The advantages of this include a decrease in machine labor intensity and it reduces the mixing time and working efficiency. The hydraulic gluing process also maximizes operation stability.
5 The roll adopts the vanadium titanium metal alloy chilled cast iron and its surface hardness 68~72HS is hard and wear-proof. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling or heating.
6. BEISHUN each rubber mixing mill need 8 rolling bearing. Adoption of a rolling bearing for the roller helps to minimize friction. A labyrinth seal, instead of an oil seal is used to prevent the inconvenience of replacing the framework oil seal while maintaining.
7. Lubrication: Full Automatic Grease lubrication pump for Anti Friction Roller Bearings fitted in dust sealed housing.
8. Roll Cooling of rubber mixing mill: Universal Rotary joints with inner Spray pipes with Hoses and Headers. Piping is complete up to supply pipe terminal.
